Plans and billing
CodeStax offers four pricing tiers to fit teams of all sizes.
The public plans are Free, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. The internal subscription tier used for Pro may still appear as TEAM in older integrations; customer-facing billing and documentation use Pro.

Billing
Payment Methods
CodeStax supports two payment providers:
- Stripe - Credit/debit cards (USD)
- Razorpay - UPI, cards, bank transfer (INR)
Subscribing
- Go to Settings or the Pricing page
- Select your plan
- Choose Monthly or Yearly (save ~24% annually)
- Complete payment via Stripe or Razorpay
- Your plan is activated immediately
Managing Subscriptions
- Upgrade - Change to a higher plan anytime. Prorated billing applies.
- Downgrade - Takes effect at the end of current billing period.
- Cancel - Access continues until end of billing period, then reverts to Free.
- Billing Portal - Manage payment methods and invoices via Settings.
Grace Period
If a payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period before your plan features are restricted. Update your payment method during this period to avoid interruption.
Trials
The Free plan is available without a credit card. A paid-plan trial is not granted automatically to every account; when your account is eligible, checkout or the sales team shows the trial terms and end date. A trial subscription that reaches its recorded end date expires according to those terms, and CodeStax sends reminders for active trials before expiry.
