Billing
Payment Methods
CodeStax supports two payment providers:
- Stripe — Credit/debit cards (USD)
- Razorpay — UPI, cards, bank transfer (INR)
Subscribing
- Go to Settings or the Pricing page
- Select your plan
- Choose Monthly or Yearly (save ~24% annually)
- Complete payment via Stripe or Razorpay
- Your plan is activated immediately
Managing Subscriptions
- Upgrade — Change to a higher plan anytime. Prorated billing applies.
- Downgrade — Takes effect at the end of current billing period.
- Cancel — Access continues until end of billing period, then reverts to Free.
- Billing Portal — Manage payment methods and invoices via Settings.
Grace Period
If a payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period before your plan features are restricted. Update your payment method during this period to avoid interruption.
Trial Expiry
Trial accounts automatically expire and revert to the Free plan. You’ll receive a notification before the trial ends.
